Armor of God

Ephesians 6:10-18New International Version (NIV) The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people Now that we have defined God's resolutions and your resolution the only thing left is to Arm yourself..  Be a Blessing and display your Armor of God.  It's priceless.

Peace

Isaiah 9:6

For to us a child is born,
    to us a son is given,
    and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
    Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

The world's most violent city found in new ranking

No one wakes up and says I want to live in a violent city.  Given an option Peace would be the first  choice.  Always remember Peace begins within .  As a random act of kindness extend a kind act of Love and Peace.  Be a Blessing of Peace.

We have covered a lot since the New Year. The next step is how to live. Matthew 4: 10 worship and serve God only. Don't try to double dip. That's where so many people mess up  Don't try to play both sides Devil vs God. Big mistake huge mistake.

Vain: ineffectual or unsuccessful; futile: vain hopes; a vain effort; a vain war.

God knows we will sin that is why he has given Grace to those that believe. It is important to live our lives with Purpose and not in vain.

ATLANTA (CBS46) - Christmas came early in 2016 for a family in Atlanta. Rapper 2 Chainz decided to purchase a home for a large family that was on the verge of being evicted.

We have so many individuals , situations  and terrorist groups that think they rein supreme above God.  But my God Presides over such ignorance.

Since the beginning of the new year you probably have been  reviewing your resolutions.  But what about God's resolution for you .  Preside, Plan, Provide, Pardon,  Perform and Promise. Question now is what to do after that. Answer is say Thank You.

Praise is the highest appreciation we can display to God.  He sent his only son Jesus Christ to educate us on God's plan for us. Can it get better? Yes ! We also have a book filled with  information and detail instruction on how to live a better life called the Bible.

As children we are taught by our parents to say please and thank you.

God's trying to tell you something

 It's no coincidence God ends the last book of the Old Testament with Malachi. Yesterday  like today everyone is not receptive of God's message. God said test me and I will open the floodgates of Heaven.  That sounds good to me.  You don't have to tell me twice. As a random act of kindness

The Beginning

January is a great month to get into the old testament. In Genesis we are able to learn about God's creations and gain a better understanding about the birth of Jesus Christ.
