Rebirth

The birth of Jesus gives us all an opportunity to rededicate our love to God,

⁵he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, ⁶whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior,

Each year when we celebrate Jesus Christ birthday
it is the perfect time for all of us to recheck our own thoughts for the coming year. Over the past year we can be overwhelm by many ever day issues. Like a battery our mind and soul may need to be recharge also known as a rebirth. That desire is directed by the Holy Spirit.

In 2004, two of Jamaliah's children were swept away during the tsunami into the Indian Ocean . In Indonesia they call this a rebirth
that occurred in a dream. After 10yrs of not knowing Jamaliah found her kids. This is truly a gift from God.

During the Christmas season let someone know this is a great time for a rebirth. Great random act of kindness. Something about the name Jesus, he is the reason for the season. Be a Blessing and give a Blessing of information.

God's trying to tell you something

⁸“Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me.

“In tithes and offerings. ⁹You are under a curse—your whole nation—because you are robbing me. ¹⁰Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

It's no coincidence God ends the last book of the Old Testament with Malachi. Yesterday like today everyone is not receptive of God's message. God said test me and I will open the floodgates of Heaven. That sounds good to me. You don't have to tell me twice. As a random act of kindness

Thru out the old testament God sent many messengers to deliver his message.

God has already given us the directions for good living. Sometimes we tend to think we have a better way like Samson. God told him not to cut his hair. Enemies know how to attack at our lowest points. In New York it began with a choke hold . Two wrongs don't make a right.

Don't let a third party cloud or influence your thinking. The best defense is a good offense of the
Holy Spirit. As a random act of kindness let someone know the right way. Knowing can change the direction of someone's life.

Revenge was not the answer for the shooting death of two police officers or Samson.

After 14 generations God had in mind the perfect plan to deliver his message. He pick a virgin
maiden to bore his child. Man could not mess this one up. Today like in the old testament Men and Women alike tend to mess things up. Can you imagine the thoughts Joseph had before the Angel appeared. He paused before he said I do to Mary but in the end what wonderful bundle of Joy!

God intended for each chapter of the Bible to have Purpose.  The chapter of Proverbs is a part of the Wisdom literature of the Old Testament .  In this book are short common sense and sound advice that relates to everyday living. Wisdom gives us the ability to make great choices in life.

Strength

At the age of 120 years old even Moses got the message. From time to time we experience
battles in our life where God is trying to tell us relax I got this. The battle is not yours it's the Lord's.

Is Peace Possible ? Yes it is! Romans 11 teaches that God is not finished with the Jewish People.  He has not forgotten the Jews or anyone that believes .  God declared the day will come when Jesus will return and all Israel will be saved. 

With all the drama we are witnessing in America I wanted to remind you we are not alone in this world filled with bigotry, hatred and war.  We do not have to wait for Jesus to return to see a change because the Holy spirit dwells within you.  Let the Holy Spirit shine  within you and your family.

Today I decided to switch gears a little bit. Since we are in the Xmas season let's take time to give time or money to meet the needs of the mentally Ill. Sometimes Businesses and families underestimate the needs of the mentally Ill. I am a member of NAMI, National Association of Mental Illness I can identify the need quickly in a family or business. Our society is quick to label someone ill but not prepared to act.

Recently I found myself in a situation and witness someone that is mentally unstable. I spoke about it and realize the need to address the issue. NAMI is able to assist any business or family with concerns about the mentally disable.

At this time of the year so may people are concerned about I want and I need. Don't get it twisted the Xmas season is not about you. We are celebrating Jesus Christ birthday. Because our thoughts should be centered on Jesus. December is a great time to upgrade our level of thinking.

This time a year ago I experience a reality check. My sister friend Valerie Moore made her transition into heaven. With Valerie's Faith, Grace. style and knowing her purpose in life. God welcome her into Heaven with open arms, the Triumph's were blowing and the Angels were singing as God said welcome home.
During this holiday season as you encounter your friends and relatives say words of endearment like I love you and Thank you for all that you do. Be a Blessing give a Blessing of Love and Thank You.

Forgivness

Recently my nephew ask me can I forgive. My answer was yes. Sometimes I might shake my head because of the hurt or pain but I realize in order to move on I must forgive. God is a forgiving God. If he can forgive me I also can forgive . Sometimes when we speak the words of an unkind act and hear it we can both realize those actions are not acceptable.

Today if you know anyone that has angered you stop and forgive. This will allow you to receive your next Blessing. Don't block your next Blessing!

This part of the Bible is a reminder that none of us are perfect we all can fall victim to modern day serpents,their intentions are to derail you from following God's instructions. Which we consider sin. This part of the Bible is important to understand before we move into the new testament.

Today in our communities we are witnessing sin on so many levels from stealing a carton of milk , drive buy shootings, kidnapping, child abuse the list goes on.. I know someone might say well I only stole $200.00 I didn't hurt anybody. Well yes you did. Like Adam and Eve we have a sin debt to pay.
