Chen Guangbiao (Chinese: 陈光标; born July 1968) is a Chinese recycling entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the founder and chairman of Jiangsu Huangpu Renewable Resources Limited Company, which is estimated to be worth US $810 million by the wealth research firm Hurun Report,^[2] although Forbes estimates his wealth at $400 million.^[3]

How Cool is that!  Of course Chen received grief from some  of the homeless that wanted money instead.  As a random act of kindness provide a meal to someone less fortunate. Be a Blessing give a Blessing
