Obey

Deuteronomy 11:26-28New International Version (NIV)

²⁶ See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse— ²⁷ the blessing if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today; ²⁸ the curse if you disobey the commands of the Lord your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known

It's a challenge for anyone to follow the commandments of God.  No one is perfect that is why God has given us grace.  Some of us get a little carried away with God's forgiveness.
4 of Illinois last 7 Governor's have gone to
Prison. Illinois makes it so easy to understand why we must get out and vote.

The former Illinois Governor's like many Elected Officials think that our tax dollars is petty cash.  Not! These Politicians are surely reaping what they sowed. From time to time we can fall short of God's commands but these guys aren't even in the neighborhood.  I wonder if they decided to walk the path of Jesus? You think?

As a random act of kindness take someone to early vote. Be a Blessing give a gift of the 10 commandments.

P.S to my friends and family in Chicago make sure you early vote.  Remember the election when the power was out. Get out like you did for President Obama!

Get on up

     Exodus 9:13

¹³ Then the Lord said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning, confront Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me,

 Since the beginning of time man has always tried to out think God. In the new testament God sent his only son Jesus Christ to deliver his message.  Well today in
2014 I'm not sure if it's lost in translation or for the most part people just don't care. God's intention is for all to live a Faithful, Loving ,Obedient, Purpose filled life

Rev. Al Sharpton

I mention last week we needed to get our God centered thoughts of love and peace in order. Our job is to rock the vote.  Brutality, crime and Social Injustice we are not having it.

 Sharpton blasted a report that Ferguson, Mo. Officer Darren Wilson told investigators he pulled the trigger in self-defense when he fatally shot unarmed teen Michael Brown

I love Rev. Al Sharpton he will make you think about where we have been and where our society is going.  It is no accident true Christians will speak out on justice. One of  God's principles.

As a random act of kindness I must ask to give a ride to early vote. Be a Blessing give a Blessing !

Exodus 35:5New International Version (NIV)

⁵ From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering of gold, silver and bronze;

From time to time Tom Joyner laughs at not attending church but he gives a lot of himself to get the job done. He not only meets but exceeds Gods expectations.

The Tom Joyner Foundation was founded in 1998 as the brain child of nationally syndicated radio personality, Tom Joyner. The mission has continued of supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) with scholarship, endowment, and capacity building enhancements.

The Foundation has provided the support to every HBCU in its 14 year history to help sustain, and preserve the legacies of these valuable institutions.  Through fundraising and donor development initiatives, $65 million has been raised to support more than 29,000 students attending HBCUs. Additionally, the Foundation has recommended internships, matching grants support, and career development to deserving students.

This week Tom Joyner has taken his show on the road raising money for HBCU and encouraging the Black community to get out and rock the vote.  You got to love him.

As a random act of kindness make a donation to the Tom Joyner Foundation.  Be a Blessing with a  willing spirit offer someone a ride to early vote. Be Bless!

Organize Justice

Jesus messaging

Job 8:20New International Version (NIV)

Ferguson Mo.

 Today it's hard to tell the difference between
Lynching 200 years ago and shootings done by law enforcement today.  The mindset of a KKK is no different than a white supremacist hiding behind a shield." 13 More 'Michael Brown' Police Killings We've Learned About In The Month Since His Death",

Jesus message to man included  for all is to live  in equality and peace. Every life is Precious in the eyes of God.

As a random act of kindness remind a friend of how precious life is.  Be a Blessing give a ride to early vote  !

Justice

  Psalm 82:3-4
New International Version (NIV

Ferguson Protesters

³ Defend the weak and the fatherless;
    uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.
⁴ Rescue the weak and the needy;

 Again in Ferguson Mo. another shooting this is wrong on so many levels. Ferguson Mo. like so many other cities across America need to replace their elected local officials. If your Mayor , State Representative or Senator is not working for your highest good and justice for all.  Then they need to go. Got to go got to go!

  If you have any teenagers that have turned 18 make sure they vote.  Our voices need to be heard.  A change is taking place in America and we all need to do our part.  Dr. Martin Luther King has shown us sometimes we will experience pain before Justice.  Don't leave it in the hands of someone else or think it doesn't affect me. Before you start to complain make sure you  register to vote. Then your voice can be heard from the local to the Federal level.

As a random act of kindness forward today's message to anyone that just reach voting age. Be a Blessing and give a Blessing of information .

Self

Jesus Come to me

Genesis 1:27New International Version (NIV)
²⁷
 So God created mankind in his own image,
    in the image of God he created them;
  male and female he created them

We should all step out side of ourselves. Take a look and ask do I really like the person I see. Your looks ,mind and spirit can all be reprogram .  Ladies you can sport a new weave but the attitude sucks.  Men you may have a hot SUV but your integrity ,none. We all must work on the entire package from the inside out.  I am sure you have cross path with someone that  might be so dirty and low down.  You wonder how do they manage to get away with some terrible acts  they do but they really don't  I learned as a young women to let  people like that pass thru my life

For myself every year I do a total exam of myself. Everyday I like to make sure I have done right  by  anyone I have encountered. I know how to say I'm sorry if I am wrong.
For some people evil and jealousy is a life choice. In the future don't hate the players(Christians)
and don't hate the game(God's Principles). Just take a moment and do a self exam.

Also to all my family and friends thank you for your patience last week. To my sister
cuz in Chicago "Carolyn  we  all love you ,Bless you ,appreciate you and thank God for you!

As a random act of kindness  encourage someone to take their life to a higher level. Be a Blessing give a  Blessing of encouragement!

Why?

Acts 4:33New International Version (NIV)

³³ With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all

Clark Sisters

I know sometimes we wonder why me?  Why not?  Our lives have already been predestine by God for good.  Sometimes we veer of the beaten  path and make mistakes sometimes huge mistakes

but you know how to get back on track. God provided us with Grace and Forgiveness thru the blood of Jesus Christ. Just  Because we have been Blessed and highly favored.

On  Bible Gateway they are reporting Egypt & Syria Muslims pleads for Bibles

Despite the increasing conflict we see intensifying in places like Syria and Egypt, and all over the Middle East, God is at work in a powerful way.

 I"m sure the largest mega church in America is in our State Prison System.  Why not God has a captive audience. My point is if God  will grant Grace to  Prisoners he will surely give it to a converted Muslim.

Let us also end this week with another Prayer of Protection for our Families and President Obama.
It is no secret that the Secret Service level of protection sucks. The Boy Scouts could do better.  That's ok Gods got this.
As a random act of kindness be a Blessing give a heart felt Blessing of kindness
