Come Up!

 

As a child I watch my parents work hard for the American Dream of a home ,car, food on the table and higher education. We called that getting ahead in life. Everyone took advantage of the opportunities the Civil Rights Movement presented us. Today it is known as being on the come up.  Guess what you were born on the come up! If you remember when you made your NewYear's resolutions that is a promise God made to you. To always be there.

On a more personal level individuals will bribe, extort and withhold care to a love one for the love of money or (come up). I have no idea why anyone would choose to mistreat their love one's. Car, home, money, and wealth are things  we should accumulate on our own merit. Remember with God's Grace we are privy to the kingdom of God's rich's. When we are called to care it is a loving act of kindness directed by God. Not an opportunity to extort.

Question is if anyone treats their family as such are they any better than ISIS?


ISIS Hostage

  ISIS is demanding 500 million dollars to release Japanese hostages.  This is not a come up on God's terms this is a come down. Blackmail. kidnapping and extortion is not what God intended. That is a crime.  Today ISIS and Japan agree to a hostage swap. This is progress.  I feel God working all in this situation.

World Peace

 

Today we are witnessing a movement of Love and Peace .  It's huge.  Around the world Christians are seeking to spread Love and Peace.  We all would like to end crime, hate. and terrorist attacks.

Lately Pope Francis has covered a lot of territory reminding people about God's plan for Love and Peace. I wonder how many Frequent Flyer miles the Pope has?

As Christians we have a moral and Spiritual obligation to begin Love and Peace within ourselves and family.  This message can then spread into our neighborhoods and thru out the world.

What ever your needs may be just ask.  It doesn't matter if you need a car, job ,housing or money. God said he will give you the Kingdom. When is the last time you heard that. Don't get it twisted bad genes, bad karma and bad luck has nothing to do with your  path in life. When you change your thinking you can change your life.

Many of the attacks taking place in the world today are based on religion. ISIS  perfect example of a bad very bad thought. ISIS is also an excellent example on how important the role parents play in developing our children's thoughts.  This little girl below should be playing with dolls.   You think?

We have covered a lot since the New Year. The next step is how to live. Matthew 4: 10 worship and serve God only. Don't try to double dip. That's where so many people mess up  Don't try to play both sides Devil vs God. Big mistake huge mistake.

Vain: ineffectual or unsuccessful; futile: vain hopes; a vain effort; a vain war.

 

God knows we will sin that is why he has given Grace to those that believe. It is important to live our lives with Purpose and not in vain.

Optimistic

Yesterday we began with the how to in Prayer. It is important to stay connected with your power source God.

Faith;confidence or trust in a person or thing:

God wants us to be optimistic no need to beg. Just ask once then step out on Faith and know that your request will be answered nicely.


History has proven many people of color have believed and followed the teachings of Jesus Christ. African Americans Gentiles and Jews just to name a few. We all need a strong belief system. If you don't believe in something "God" you will fall for anything (Evil, ISIS).  The two 2 gentleman below got up one fine day and followed the influence  of ISIS. Idiots! They really could have found a nice Christian base Catholic, Baptist or Methodist Church for direction.  Because God does not ask you to perform evil acts like bombing or chopping off someone's head. How gross!

Why do we Pray? To stay connected to the one source that makes a difference in our life. God the good, the omnificent the Alpha and Omega

If you can take 60 minutes to look at reality TV ,surely you can take 10 min for God.  The reality is that the best drama on earth is your life and you can produce every episode .  Directed by God.

Praise

Since the beginning of the new year we reviewed God's resolution for you .  Preside, Plan, Provide, Pardon,  Perform and Promise. Question now is what to do after that. Answer is say Thank You.

Praise is the highest appreciation we can display to God.  He sent his only son Jesus Christ to educate us on God's plan for us. Can it get better? Yes ! We also have a book filled with  information and detail instruction on how to live a better life called the Bible.
