Relationships Developement

Job 29:4New International Version (NIV)
4 Oh, for the days when I was in my prime,
when God’s intimate friendship blessed my house,

Whether you're just moving to a new neighborhood or have lived in one for years, the following tips will help build connections with your neighbors and encourage a friendly rapport:
1. Introduce Yourself: Being on a first-name basis with all of your immediate neighbors will establish a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Go for Walks: Regularly walking around your neighborhood will increase your chances for meeting new neighbors and give you more opportunities to strike up conversations with ones you already know.
3. Give an Unexpected Gift: Giving your neighbors a gift, whether it's something as simple as home-baked cookies or a potted plant, can go a long way in showing that you care about establishing a friendship.
4. Organize an Event: Hosting a dinner party or barbecue provides an occasion for neighbors to meet, mingle and have fun!
5. Communicate: If you're planning on being out of town, throwing a party, or renovating your home, consider letting your neighbors know as a courtesy

Life

Genesis 2:7New International Version (NIV)

7 Then the Lord God formed a man[a] from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being

When God created man his thought was all life
matters. no matter what color or country you live in.

Three Police Officers Killed and Several Wounded in Baton Rouge …

Three police officers were shot dead and seven others wounded in Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday, Kip Holden, the mayor-president of East Baton Rouge

Around the world we are experiencing an outrageous number of hate crimes.  From ISIS to local terrorist attacks against minorities , law enforcement and hate crimes within many of our own families.

Any one considering murder of a police officer or a family member as the answer to revenge needs to stop. Pick up a Bible and read about a purpose filled life God wanted for all.  You will not receive a Noble Peace Prize for Killing.  You will receive God's Grace with a change of heart.

As a random act of kindness share with someone the 10 commandments . Number 6 thou shall not kill.  Be a Blessing give a Blessing of  a positive thought.

Change

1 Samuel 10:6New International Version (NIV)
6 The Spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them; and you will be changed into a different person .

Before we play the blame game we all need to check our thoughts. What are you thinking?  As human beings we must remain accountable for our actions and thoughts.

As a child we are born with a beautiful child like thoughts.  Our parents help us develop our thoughts.

When a white woman walks the streets of Chicago with a sign stating Black America lives matter I'm sorry . We need to stop think and realize how much we are hurting each other.  From her point of view it's white America's bigotry .  From my view point  I see more hate and jealousy within Black America .

As a random act of kindness today stop and let someone know they matter. Be a Blessing and display a positive change of love and equality for all .

Mother Teresa

Neil Vermillion

I came across this quote from Mother Teresa. I think it's so perfect and inspiring for everyone in the day in which we live, so I wanted to share it with you in case you did not have the chance to see it.

"People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.

If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.

If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.

The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway."

Sabbath

New International Version (NIV)

2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.
S. Truett Cathy

Cathy was born in Eatonton, Georgia in 1921. He attended Boys High School, now Grady High School, in Atlanta, Georgia. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.[citation needed]
Cathy began the chain in the Atlanta suburb of Hapeville, Georgia, in 1946 with a restaurant called the Dwarf Grill, named because of its small size. It was there that he, along with his brother and business partner, Ben, created the chicken sandwich that later became the signature menu item for Chick-fil-A.
Cathy is a former member of the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Georgia, and also has taught Sunday School there for more than 50 years. He has testified that the Bible is his guide-book for life.[3] As an extension of his convictions, all of the company's locations, whether company-owned or franchised, are closed on Sundays — a rare policy within the food-service industry — to allow its employees to attend church and spend time with their families.[4] This is a policy that began when Cathy was working six days a week, multiple shifts. He decided to close on Sundays to relax,[5] and this policy remains
